Our Team
Bill served as an economist with the Central Intelligence Agency for nearly 20 years. In 1985, he began a career in the private sector working as a corporate strategist for The Boeing Company and the Gartner Group devoting the past several years to healthcare reform policy. Bill holds a BA from Lafayette College and an MBA from New York University in economics and was a Mid-Career Fellow at Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School for Public and International Affairs.
Douglas Conrad, Economic Advisor
Doug has been a member of the faculty in the University of Washington's Department of Health Services in the School of Public Health and Community Medicine. He currently serves a Professor of Health Services, Adjunct Professor of Business and Economics and Co-Director of the Center for Health Management Research, a National Science Foundation-sponsored Industry-University Cooperative Research Center. He has been named an AHSR Fellow by the Board of the Association for Health Services Research in recognition of his work in health research.
Terry Gardiner, Principal
Terry served five terms in the Alaska Legislature, including many leadership positions - Speaker of the House, Chair of the Judiciary and resources Committee and headed the Criminal Code Commission. He was founder and President of Silver Lining Seafoods and NorQuest Seafoods from 1981 to 2004. Since 2004, he has worked on public policy with national and state healthcare reform measures his central focus.
